These images are so perfect for fall! I love the warm light from the November evening, and the brown and neutral tones this amazing family of eight chose to wear for their family pictures. A family of eight! This incredible mom was so chill and relaxed with her kids, and it showed in the pictures! They were all happy and excited to play outside with each other. The girls were so sweet and loved posing for their pictures, and we got some beautiful portraits with some warm backlighting, which I absolutely love!

Although the Riparian Preserve can be super crowded with families and photographers pretty much any night of the week, there are a few hidden spots and areas where I like to take my families for beautiful photos. My favorite thing about this location are the big trees that create a canopy over the pathway with the water in the background. This was a fun and relaxing shoot, even with six kids! We just let them play and explore and captured them as they are.
